🧾 Return & Refund Policy — Greenspace Designs

At Greenspace Designs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 Returns

Our products (especially artificial grass, vertical gardens, and turf) are made to order and cut to size, so we do not accept returns once the product has been shipped or installed.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos.

💰 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping and installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

❌ Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch or installation scheduling. Once the order is shipped or installation is confirmed, cancellation is not possible.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not support product exchanges.
